Section 1: Introduction

Fairness scores in M7 show how well your shift preferences were honored in relation to your total shifts requested. For example, if you requested 50 shifts and 48 were approved, your score would be 96%. Here, you will also be able to see your fairness score compared to the average score for your staff on your unit.

Step 1: Launch the M7 App

This app is most likely already installed on your phone from your M7 training session.

• If you haven’t downloaded it yet, watch this quick video for step-by-step instructions.
• Prefer using a browser? Open your preferred browser and enter your facility’s dedicated website URL: [facility name].m7health.com.

Step 2: Navigate to the Statistics Tab

• Click on the ‘Statistics’ tab at the bottom of your screen.
• You can easily switch between the Last, Last 3, and Last 6 schedules to see how your preferences, block days, and weekend shifts compare to your unit's average, including the percentage of preferences honored and the number of weekend shifts worked.
