How do I reset my password?

When your account was created, you should have received either a text or email prompt to reset your password.

To reset your password via text:

1. Go to your text messages and click the link you received from M7 Health
   
2. Create your M7 password
3. Click “Reset Password”

To reset your password via email:

1. Go to your email and find the password reset email from M7 Health
   
2. Click the black “Reset Password” button
3. Create your M7 password
4. Click “Reset Password”
