How do I know when I need to put my preferences in by?

To know when your preferences need to be entered, you can:

• • Look at the purple banner in the “Current” section of the Schedule tab, which will have a countdown to when the preference closes
  • Look at the countdown for that specific unit in the “Planning” section of the Schedule tab, which will offer the same information

No need to worry if you forget to look — M7 will also send you a reminder before the preference period closes if you haven’t filled anything out or met your requirements.
