Section 1: Introduction
Whether you're planning a vacation or need to adjust your schedule, the M7 app lets you manage requests easily in the “Requests” tab. You can edit or cancel them anytime before approval and receive instant notifications once approved.
Section 2: Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Launch the M7 App
This app is most likely already installed on your phone from your M7 training session.
- If you haven’t downloaded it yet, watch this quick video for step-by-step instructions.
- Prefer using a browser? Open your preferred browser and enter your facility’s dedicated website URL: [facility name].m7health.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the Request Tab
- Click on the ‘Requests’ tab at the bottom of your app.
Step 3: Navigate to the Pending Column
- In the ‘Pending’ column, you'll find all of your pending PTO requests.
- Use the pencil icon to edit your request or the ‘X’ icon to cancel it.
Step 4: Review your Completed Request
- After your request has been either approved or denied, it will be moved to the Completed tab.
- Navigate to the Completed column to view the status of your request, whether it has been confirmed or declined.
