Section 1: Introduction
M7 has updated its shift requirements in response to popular demand! You can now track the number of Mondays and/or Fridays a staff member is working.
Section 2: Step-by-Step Guide
To update a shift requirement and add a Monday/Friday rule, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the “Staff” Roster
Step 2: Navigate to your shift requirements
Step 3: Notice the ✨ new ✨ “Monday/Friday” option in the shift requirements.
Step 4: Fill in the required details:
- Make a requirement label name
- Enter a minimum - maximum # of these shifts allowed
- Select which days of the week are required:
- Combination of Mondays OR Fridays
- Only Mondays
- Only Fridays
- Separate Monday and Friday requirements
- Select the shift types that can contribute to meeting this requirement
Step 5: Click Save!

‼️ Important Notice: M7 will be phasing out roster notes that include details pertaining to Monday/Friday requirements.
➡️ Action: After you update your shift requirement rules as outlined above, please remove any applicable roster notes.
