Section 1: Introduction
M7 now supports staff working in different roles across the platform - for example, nurses can work as techs, and this can now be accurately reflected within the system!
Section 2: Step-by-Step Guide
To document a staff member working in a different role, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the House View and select any staff member’s name, or go to the Schedule Grid and select any staff member’s scheduled shift
Step 2: Click on the ✨ new ✨ “Assigned Job” field in the shift editor
Step 3: Select the “Job” this staff member will be working
Step 4: Click Save
→ In the Schedule Grid, if a different job is assigned from their primary role, it will appear in the bottom right corner of the scheduled shift
→ The staff member’s name will now appear in both the staff category tabs along with a pink buoy to indicate which category is the assigned job (e.g. A “Nurse” working as a “Tech” will appear in the “Tech” tab with a pink buoy next to their name)
