Section 1: Introduction
M7 has updated its staff details to accommodate auto-balance restrictions based on each individual staff member.
Section 2: Step-by-Step Guide
Moving forward, to request a staff member be excluded from the auto balance completely or on certain days of the week, follow the guide below.
Step 1: Navigate to the “Staff” Roster.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Staff Profile” by clicking on the name of any employee who should have balancing restrictions based on all or select days of the week.
Step 3: Click on the “Exclude From Auto Balance” button, located in the “Scheduling Details” of the staff profile.
Step 4: Select which day(s) of the week the staff member should be excluded from!
Step 5: Save!

‼️ Important Notice: M7 will be phasing out using Roster Notes to indicate who should not be auto-balanced in the near future (Date TBD)
➡️ Action: After you update their staff profile with the above details, please adjust and remove roster notes as applicable.
