When a new staff member joins M7, there are three steps you should take:

- Add the Staff Member to the Roster
- Go to the “Roster” tab
- Click “Add User”
- Enter all necessary information
- Click “Confirm.”
- Send them a Password Reset Message ✅
- Before you click “Confirm,” you can also select how your new staff member will receive a password reset email used to log in to the platform.
- To do this, select either “Email” or “Text” as their method of receiving a reset notification.
- When you click “Confirm” to save the staff member, they will also receive a password reset message!
- Share our “Getting Started Guide”
- Send them our Getting Started Guide via text message to learn how to use M7!
- Add the Staff Member to the Roster
