If someone is set as “Inactive,” they will still have access to M7’s platform but will not show up on the schedule. This is helpful when staff member’s are on FMLA or other forms of extended leave.
If someone is “Suspended,” they will both be removed from the schedule and not show up on your schedule. This is generally done in the case of staff member’s who have left the facility altogether.
