The different filters in the Approvals tab help you to visualize and filter down to see specific requests and request types from your staff.
Request Status:
- All - All requests, regardless of the request type or status
- New - New requests that have not been actioned on by their Scheduler
- Pending - Requests that are waiting for action from staff before Scheduler action is required
- Completed - Approved or denied requests that require no further action
Filter by Schedule
- This will allow you to only see requests that occur during a specific schedule period
Filter by Request Type
- Replacement - Filters to show only replacement shifts, which are shifts where a staff member is looking for coverage for a shift they are scheduled for without picking one up in return
- Shift Swaps - Filters to show only shift swaps, which are shifts where a staff member is looking to exchange shifts with another staff member
- Time Off - Filters to show requests where a staff member is looking to use their accrued paid time off or request off for a schedule period of time
Sort By
- Date Requested - Sorts your requests by the dates included within their request off, lumping like dates together to highlight when staff members have requested similar/the same days off
- Date Submitted - Sorts your requests by when the staff member submitted their request, with the oldest request at the bottom of the page and the newest at the top
