Section 1: Introduction
The Current Schedule displays your active, posted shifts and serves as the official schedule for the current period. In this tab, you can view your scheduled shifts, leave notes for your manager, see who else is working, and manage changes by swapping shifts or requesting replacements if needed.
Section 2: Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Launch the M7 App
This app is most likely already installed on your phone from your M7 training session.
- If you haven’t downloaded it yet, watch this quick video for step-by-step instructions.
- Prefer using a browser? Open your preferred browser and enter your facility’s dedicated website URL: [facility name].m7health.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the Schedule Tab
- To ensure you're on the Current Schedule page, choose one of the following options:
- Click on the ‘Schedule’ tab in the bottom left hand corner of your app.
- In the upper right corner, toggle to ‘Current.’
Step 3: Choose a Date with a Scheduled Shift
Relevant Shift Information
- Click on a shift to open a detailed card displaying all relevant shift information like what shift, unit, and position you may be working on that day.
- At the bottom of the card, you'll find a list of all staff members scheduled for that shift, along with their roles.
- Use the drop down above the staff list to switch between different shift types and see who is working each shift.
The Notes Tab
- Toggle to the ‘Notes’ tab to view or leave a message for your Nurse Manager.
Swap & Replacements
- Use the black ‘Swap’ and ‘Replacement’ buttons to find shift coverage for your shift.
