If a shift’s target level is met (ie: there is 100% coverage of staff based on target staffing), how do I create an open shift? [Open Shifts]

In order to generate an open shift for that day/shift type, you must update the target level to create a new opening.

Ex: If the target for your Day 7A-7P is 7 Nurses, and 7 Nurses are staffed during that time, but you want to create an open shift opportunity, simply update the target level for Day shift type to 8 Nurses. If there is a staffing gap, an open shift will automatically be generated.
