Section 1: Introduction
To enhance the schedule balancing process and increase efficiency, you can enable the option to display staff shift requirements directly in the Schedule Grid. When toggled on, shift requirements will appear beneath each staff member's name, providing a clear, at-a-glance overview of who is meeting their assigned shifts and who is not. Additionally, you can filter to highlight staff who haven’t submitted shift preferences.
Your selected filters will remain applied to that schedule until you remove them, even if you navigate away from the Schedule grid.
Section 2: Step-by-Step Guide
View Shift Requirements:
Step 1: Click on the filter button on the left side of the Schedule Grid
Step 2: Toggle “Show Requirements” on
Filter by “No Preferences”:
Step 1: Navigate to the top of the Schedule Grid
Step 2: Check the box that says “Show staff with no preferences only”
